ATS BREAKS GROUND ON NEW FACILITY!

On a cold and windy day that was more reminiscent of the past winter Anderson Trucking Service, Inc. officially broke ground on the construction of its new corporate headquarters, which will be located at 725 Opportunity Drive in St Cloud, Minnesota. The site is located along the southeast side of the newly completed junction of CSAH 75 and Interstate 94, across from the I-94 Business Park. The Ground-Breaking Ceremony was held on Friday, April 22. The new Anderson Trucking Service facility will serve the growing administrative and educational needs of the business by providing office, meeting room, classroom spaces and driver amenities. Parking for both autos and tractor-trailer rigs is planned.

The two story, 60,000 square foot building was designed by BKV Architectural Group of Minneapolis, Minnesota. It presents a bent two-wing design, which will allow maximum views of the surrounding countryside, embracement of staff and visitors as they approach the building, as well as visibility from Interstate 94. Sustainable Design Strategies were incorporated into this project.
