ATS, INC. EXPANDS OPERATIONS
In April 2005, ATS Inc purchased the assets of ConBrook Transportation. ConBrook is a local and regional van carrier operating 40 trucks from their Bridgewater NJ terminal. They enjoy a great reputation among shippers in the area and we have chosen to capitalize on this by retaining their identity - the fleet and terminal are referred to as ATS-ConBrook. Over the last few months, the drivers and management staff have been welcomed into the "Anderson Family" with on site orientation, safety training and an open house.
With our growth in regional operations, particularly in the Northeast, this facility finally gives us a physical presence in the area. In addition to the spacious, secure yard, we also have a maintenance shop with 3 bays, a 12,000 gallon fuel tank and driver amenities available. Bridgewater will also be the home base for our existing Northeast regional fleet. We've already begun the transition of some fleet management functions to the terminal. In the near future, driver orientation for the Northeast, safety reviews, log training and other functions will be available in Bridgewater. Even today, the fuel tank offers us the opportunity to fuel our company units cheaper than before and allows operators the ability to purchase fuel at a reduced cost.
For the entire Anderson Trucking Service fleet, this is an opportunity to get things accomplished at a company facility. Terminal Manager, Mark Yin, is an experienced and knowledgeable leader, ready to assist all our drivers as needed. We look forward to growing in the area and to enhancing our efficiency in serving both our drivers and customers.
We are currently addressing what we feel is an enormous concern within our organization. Many of you are aware of the alarming amount of serious accidents, which resulted in injury, vehicle tow or a fatality that we've been experiencing over the past few months. Right now there is no greater item needing our focus and attention than accident reduction. Please drive carefully and always put safety first.

VAN DRIVER AND CONTRACTOR OF THE YEAR 2004
The Van Division recently presented their traditional customized leather jackets to the Driver and Contractor of the year for 2004.
Dan Sorby, unit 15807, was chosen as the Company Driver of the Year for the second time in 4 years. Since starting with ATS in 1999, Dan has consistently been a top performer in terms of productivity and safe driving. His attention to detail and focus on serving the customer make him a "go to guy" among the operations staff.
Tony Gulie , unit 34541, was the Contractor of the Year. He has been with ATS for 15 years and is always among the top producers. Tony's positive demeanor makes him a favorite with both customers and Anderson employees. He is a great American success story, operating his business efficiently and safely.
On behalf of everyone at ATS Inc, we salute these "best of the best".
