DRIVER AMENITIES UPGRADED AT LAREDO TERMINAL
A new building was recently placed at the Laredo Terminal to house Driver Amenities and the Laredo Offices. The office is on one side of the building, with the Drivers Room on the other side. The Drivers Room includes a lounge area with big screen television, a microwave and coffee maker, a phone room with a line for laptops, laundry area with washer and dryer, two bathrooms and two showers.

In addition to the new building, fencing was repaired and additional base was brought in to level the lot.

A guard is now on duty after hours, from 5:00 PM to Midnight, Monday through Friday and from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays. The gate is locked when the guard is not there, but ATS drivers can still access the yard with the lock combination.

ATS WEST RECEIVES "FACELIFT"
A remodeling project at the ATS West Facility was recently completed. The improvements to the facility include soft water for laundry and showers, big screen television with expanded satellite coverage in the drivers room, 50% larger drivers room, computer hookups and work stations, remodeled bathrooms and a quiet area for drivers to rest. Scheduled for completion this summer are a fenced in lawn with picnic area and barbecue for the drivers, and a horse shoe pit. The shop area now has a defined reception area for the shop to make shop personnel more readily available to drivers.

We are looking for new photos to be used on our website and in other corporate advertising and collateral materials. This contest is open to all ATS companies and divisions.

Photos need to include the ATS truck and / or load. Creativity is encouraged. All photos submitted will be considered. Photos may include standard truck shots, action photos, pictures involving trucks on the road, at a weigh station, or truck stop etc. We Need VAN PICTURES, haven't had any in quite while! I heard those Volvo's look nice, I would sure like to see one. Same goes for those Pete's out there.

Rules This contest is open to all employees and drivers (Company Driver, Owner Operator and Leased). All submitted photos become the property of ATS and will not be returned. ATS reserves the right to use the photos electronically or in printed publication. A representative of the Internet Committee will judge the photos and their decision shall be final.
