NEW ICE INTERNATIONAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN
ICE International is excited to announce the kickoff of their new marketing campaign. A striking nine-page corporate brochure with built-in folder is the first step (web page and CD to follow) in publicizing the many diverse global transportation ventures ICE has been involved with since it’s initial flatbed trailer service to Puerto Rico in 1991. In addition to a new color scheme and graphic emphasis on the complex freight handled, the Anderson Trucking Service name and logo is more prominently apparent.
National Accounts Manager Steve Nusbaum explains the design was twofold. “We wanted to associate our new prospective customers with a well recognized and trusted industry leader such as ATS and it’s Circle of Resources, while at the same time not confuse or alienate the valued customer base we’ve built up in service to Puerto Rico and the Caribbean all these years”. Now, in addition to our desire to move over-dimensional and project freight to Puerto Rico, ICE is eager to hear about exotic origins or destinations for everything from ocean containers to airfreight and LTL moves. Regardless of the move elements, the campaign will integrate a consistency amongst materials while expanding the target audience.
KOTNIK RECEIVES TRUCKLOAD CARRIERS SCHOLARSHIP
Joleen Kotnik who works as a Scanner at ATS was recently awarded a $3000 scholarship from the Truckload Carriers Association.
Each year the Truckload Carriers Association selects deserving students affiliated with the trucking industry to receive college scholarships. Any college junior or senior in good standing, who is the child, grandchild or spouse of an employee or an employee of a trucking company, or the child, grandchild or spouse of an independent contractor affiliated with a trucking company and attending an accredited four-year college or university is eligible for a scholarship. The recipient of the scholarship must show excellent scholastic achievements in freshman and sophomore years and demonstrate financial need as well as that he/she is an individual of high character and integrity.
Kotnik, who is a junior at St Cloud State University and is majoring in Business, was very excited to receive the scholarship. “I was just so happy when they called to tell me I’d won that I started to cry!” After graduation, she dreams of some day becoming a Fleet Manager.
