CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
The New Facilities Task Force is made up of the following individuals: Rollie Anderson, Barb Anderson, Brent Anderson, Scott Anderson, Gary Stang, Billy Woolsey, Scott Fuller, Joyce Steussy, Steve Psyck, Kevin Olson, Mary Besser

The task force is continuing to examine possible locations for our new corporate headquarters. The viability of the I-94 Interchange site near St Augusta remains questionable. We are in the process of reviewing property located immediately south of the I-94 and Highway 23 interchange, which is west of our ATS West facility. We have been working with the City of Rockville regarding city improvements for this site, which were not even in the planning stage when we began our search for a building site. At this time our due diligence is being directed primarily to the 94 and 23 site. We hope to have a definite location chosen in the near future.

The task force is putting together a timeline with an estimated completion date for the building project in late 2005. The long-term plan for our shop facilities will be developed at decisions are made regarding the office location.

The Cooper Avenue construction project continues on schedule, with an estimated completion date of Labor Day, 2004. We would like to thank you for your cooperation in working around the Cooper Avenue construction project.

ATS IMPLEMENTS SHUTTLE VAN SCHEDULE
The primary purpose of the ATS shuttle van is to provide shuttle service to drivers while in town. For quite some time we have been looking at ways to improve the shuttle van service for drivers while they are visiting St Cloud. With the Cooper Avenue construction, we are finding an increased usage of the shuttle van, which has further prompted us to examine the current shuttle situation.

Effective July 1, 2004, the shuttle van will be following a scheduled route each day. The schedule provides service between the regular points of arrival and destination for our drivers and contractors. It provides the route and the time frame for that route, and is somewhat like a city bus route. There are approximately five minutes at each stop to allow drivers to board or disembark.

The schedule will be implemented on July 1, 2004. It will take a while for all of us to get used to it, and I’m sure there will be several adjustments made as we begin to use it. Please provide any feedback or suggestions you have to the safety department.
