The growth of ATS is dependent upon our ability to recruit good drivers and contractors, and to expand our customer base. Personal referrals from ATS drivers are a great way to find other great drivers, as well new customers.

ATS has had a driver referral program in place for several years. Under this program any driver referring a new driver who stays with ATS for at least six months would receive a total of $1000 for the referral. We are in the process of creating a coupon book which will contain postcards that ATS drivers can use to provide names of drivers they are referring. The current ATS driver simply fills out the postage paid card with the name and information about the driver he or she is referring, and drops it in the mail. The post card will go to the recruiting department in St. Cloud for follow-up. The referral bonus would be paid in two increments, half of the bonus, or $500, is paid after the new driver hauls his first load, and the other $500 is paid after the new driver has been with ATS for six months.

In addition to the driver bonus, ATS Specialized is adding a customer referral bonus program for drivers who refer flatbed, over-dimensional customers to ATS Specialized. ATS Specialized is offering a $250 or $500 bonus for new customer business. Customer referral cards will be in the coupon book, along with the driver referral cards. Simply drop the card in the mail or in your trip pack envelope. If a driver refers a customer to our sales team, and that customer ships at least one over-dimensional load with ATS Specialized, the referring driver will receive $250. If the customer ships out of NJ, PA, DE, MD, NY, CT, MA, NH, VT, RI or ME, the referral bonus will be $500! This applies to NEW ATS customers only, or customers that have been inactive for 6 months or more.
