RGN & Double Drop Trailer
Innovation over convention? ATS Specialized has one of the largest fleets of RGN (Removable Goose Neck) trailers on the road today. A conventional double drop trailer has a fixed front and rear end drop (referred to as the well). This allows the trailer to carry a significantly taller cargo than a flatbed because the bed of the trailer is lowered. This also adds to the stability of a load by lowering the center of gravity of the transported load. A conventional Double Drop trailer usually need to be crane loaded.

An RGN has a removable front end drop, that allows cargo to be driven on to the trailer. This is extremely helpful when transporting cranes, tractors and combine equipment.
