Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) licensed Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC)
NVOCC freight forwarders Ocean Transportation Intermediaries (OTIs) have obtained a license, submitted the necessary proof of financial responsibility and reported the publication of a tariff by filing a current Form FMC-1.

The National Transportation Institute Top Pay Carrier
To earn this elite award a carrier must qualify in three critical categories that together make professional driving a rewarding and secure career choice. The categories are top tier pay, health and retirement benefits and carrier stability.

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) SmartWay Transportation Partner

Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM)

Association of General Contractors (AGC) – Puerto Rico
AGC Puerto Rico leads the construction and progress of modern Puerto Rico by employing more than 30,000 people. They work with more than 350 construction-related companies while generating 80 percent of the construction activity on the island.

Central Minnesota Society of Human Resource Management (CMSHRM)

Uniform Intermodal Interchange and Facilities Access Agreement (UIIA)
UIIA is the only standard industry contract that outlines the rules for the interchange of equipment between intermodal trucking companies and equipment providers (ocean carriers, railroads and equipment leasing companies).
