ATS Recognized with Two Industry Awards for Service

ATS  was recently awarded two 2017 Quest for Quality Awards by industry publication, Logistics Management. ATS received recognition in the categories of Dry Freight Carriers and Industrial and Heavy Haul Carriers.

Logistics Management’s (LM) Annual Quest for Quality Awards is the culmination of a six-month research project conducted by Peerless Research Group (PRG). It is regarded as the transportation gold standard for customer satisfaction and performance excellence for carriers, ports, and logistics providers worldwide.

To determine the best of the best, LM readers—logistics, transportation and supply chain decision makers—cast their votes strictly on the basis of service quality. One of the most notable elements about the program is that it calls for shippers to vote in the genre of services they actually use; in turn, they vote for the providers based on direct experience with those they believe have best delivered on quality service in specific niches. ATS was recognized for its outstanding dedication to service delivered by its Drivers, Customer Service and Operations teams.

This year, LM had 5,437 logistics and supply chain decision makers cast their votes resulting 129 transportation and logistics services providers who earned Quest for Quality gold.
