The all-new ATS Customer Portal offers 24/7 tracking, load notifications, historical load board access, and real time reporting
The redesigned ATS Customer Portal is now available to ATS customers across all divisions (with the exception of ATS International) for real-time tracking, load notifications, and live reporting, all in a mobile-friendly interface.
Existing users will notice a mobile-friendly redesign, and increased functionality, with the added ability to re-quote existing loads, submit new loads, view historical load boards, and customize load tracking and notification options.
“The updated user interface and functionality means we can provide our customers more specific information about the status of their loads, view invoices, customize their notification and tracking updates, and provide them the opportunity to stay up to date with their shipments on their terms,” said ATS COO Brent Anderson.
ATS customers who are not currently using the ATS Customer Portal can contact their CSR to be enrolled in the no-cost program.
