Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) licensed Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC)
NVOCC freight forwarders Ocean Transportation Intermediaries (OTIs) have obtained a license, submitted the necessary proof of financial responsibility and reported the publication of a tariff by filing a current Form FMC-1.

The National Transportation Institute Top Pay Carrier
To earn this elite award a carrier must qualify in three critical categories that together make professional driving a rewarding and secure career choice. The categories are top tier pay, health and retirement benefits and carrier stability.

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) SmartWay Transportation Partner
The EPA’s SmartWay program helps companies advance supply chain sustainability by measuring, benchmarking and improving freight transportation efficiency.

American Moving & Storage Association (AMSA)
AMSA is the only national association representing all segments of the moving and storage industry. They represent the entire range of moving companies, from local movers to large van lines.

American Trucking Association (ATA)
The ATA is committed to developing and advocating research-based policies that promote highway safety, security, environmental sustainability and profitability.

Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM)
AEM exists to advance equipment manufacturers in the global marketplace. They strive to help businesses succeed and create a community where the industry can make positive and lasting change. AEM has more than 1,000 members across more than 200 product lines.

Association of General Contractors (AGC) – Puerto Rico
AGC Puerto Rico leads the construction and progress of modern Puerto Rico by employing more than 30,000 people. They work with more than 350 construction-related companies while generating 80 percent of the construction activity on the island.

Central Minnesota Society of Human Resource Management (CMSHRM)
The Central Minnesota chapter of the SHRM is a diverse blend of Human Resources professionals, small business owners and anyone who counsels and advises clients on matters relating to the HR profession.

Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP)

German Association for freight forwarding and logistics (DSLV)

The International Propeller Club of the United States (Propeller Club)

Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM)

Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA)

Truckload Carriers Association (TCA)
TCA is the only national trade association that focuses on the truckload segment of the motor carrier industry. TCA represents dry van, refrigerated, flatbed and intermodal container carriers operating in the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Mexico and Canada.

Uniform Intermodal Interchange and Facilities Access Agreement (UIIA)
UIIA is the only standard industry contract that outlines the rules for the interchange of equipment between intermodal trucking companies and equipment providers (ocean carriers, railroads and equipment leasing companies).

World Cargo Alliance (WCA)
WCA is the world’s largest and most powerful network of independent freight forwarders, with nearly 7,400 member offices in nearly 200 countries across the world.
