**St. Cloud, MN.** – ATS Logistics Services, Inc., the logistics operating unit of Anderson Trucking Service, Inc., (ATS), today announced the acquisition of Trailer Bridge Logistics, the division of Trailer Bridge, Inc., responsible for the company’s current domestic freight brokerage services. The acquisition, effective November 1st, 2025, marks a significant step in ATS’s long-term strategy to expand market reach, enhance service offerings, and create greater value for customers and stakeholders.

This acquisition builds on a strong relationship between the two companies that has existed for more than 30 years; one built on trust, respect and a shared vision for providing excellent service to employees, customers and partners.

This acquisition applies only to Trailer Bridge’s domestic freight brokerage and rail services. Trailer Bridge will continue to operate its core service of asset-based ocean shipping to Puerto Rico as well as its government services division and international freight forwarding division. ATS will assume Trailer Bridge’s logistics and intermodal rail office locations in Jacksonville, FL; Raleigh, NC; Dallas, TX; and Kansas City, KS.

ATS is pleased to welcome **Eric Masotti** as Vice President of Regional Management, where he will continue leading the offices included in the acquisition. Masotti is a 20-year industry veteran with a proven track record of leading strategic growth, technology implementation and developing logistics teams that serve today’s shipper.
