The transportation industry has experienced a dramatic increase in fraudulent activity in recent months. Online scammers are taking advantage of the industry's reliance on technology to impersonate legitimate carriers like ATS.
Posing as real freight carriers, scammers will attempt to trick real businesses into providing or changing bank information, reach out to job seekers with illegitimate offers, and steal shipments using methods like strategic theft.
ATS takes the security of your data and your shipments seriously. We employ multiple layers of digital security and human verification to protect your critical information in our internal systems.
However, carriers cannot prevent scammers from reaching out to individuals directly via phony email addresses or social media.
That's why it's essential for individuals to look critically and use their best judgement when evaluating any message that claims to be from ATS or an ATS representative.
Verifying the sender and the information they provide/request helps protect your business from fraud, security breaches, and costly disruptions.

Legitimate communications from ATS, including invoicing, come from @atsinc.com or @ats-inc.com only. You will never be legitimately contacted via any other domain.
Examples of fraudulent "lookalike" domains: @ats-inc.us, @remote-atsinc.com, @talent-atsinc.com, etc.
ATS will never as you to:

CARRIERS, DRIVERS, & SHIPPERS: To inquire about the legitimacy of a load offer, invoice, or other communication, please call your trusted ATS contact before responding to the message in question. Phone calls are the best way to ensure you are communicating with a real ATS representative.
JOB SEEKERS: To inquire about the legitimacy of an offer, or to report suspicious communications relating to jobs at ATS, please email: offerverification@ats-inc.com.
