Rollie began helping out at Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) — founded by his father, Harold — at the age of 14. Rollie served in the United States Air Force from 1969-72, where he was chief of data automation.
After serving in the Air Force, Rollie returned to ATS. He began managing K&W Transportation and working alongside his father within the ATS organization. He did so until ATS sold K&W in 1994, at which point his work transitioned fully to the core ATS businesses. Rollie has served as ATS’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since 2001.
Rollie enjoys being involved in numerous community organizations throughout Central Minnesota. Outside of community involvement, he spends much of his free time hunting, fishing and spending time with his five grandchildren.
Rollie attended the University of Minnesota, where he earned degrees in Business Administration and Math and Economics.
Since joining ATS in 2014, Paul has served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), where he focuses on the continued growth and long-term strategic positioning of the company.
He has spent nearly two decades in the transportation industry with roles in finance, operations, business transformation and risk management for companies with offerings in specialized flatbed, vans, brokerage, less-than-truckload (LTL), bulk, leasing, international and intermodal operations.
Believing in giving back, Paul also serves on the boards of the Anderson Assistance Foundation and the Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation.
Paul is passionate about coaching and mentoring. He also enjoys basketball, golf, and spending time with his wife and four children, taking part in their various adventures.
Paul earned his degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.
Jason joined ATS in 1996, starting out as a carrier representative on the brokerage operations team. Jason worked his way up through various roles in operations, sales and management. He has served as the general manager of ATS Logistics Services, Inc. since 2000, where he oversees a multi-divisional organization. In addition to ATS Logistics Services, Jason also oversees Sureway and ATS International.
Prior to ATS, Jason had a variety of transportation-related jobs. He spent many years loading and unloading trailers and delivering furniture for his family’s business. He also delivered building materials for a local lumberyard throughout college.
When not working, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and twin daughters out on the lake boating and fishing. If not on the lake, he’s probably spending time traveling and watching his daughters’ activities.
Jason graduated with an Industrial Studies degree (emphasis in Transportation) and a minor in Business Management from St. Cloud State University.
Since joining ATS in 2010, Mehdi has served as Claims Director, Vice President of Risk Management & Safety, and now Senior Vice President of Risk Management & Safety, a role that also includes oversight of ATS’s compliance and driver orientation programs.
With more than three decades of experience in the transportation industry, Mehdi is deeply committed to developing the next generation of risk management and safety leaders and advancing preventative safety practices. He led the implementation of dashcam technology across the ATS fleet, significantly enhancing in-cab safety capabilities and reinforcing the company’s proactive, long-term approach to risk management.
Prior to ATS, Mehdi spent 15 years at Schneider in a claims leadership role and later worked at Covenant Transportation, further expanding his experience across multiple segments of the trucking industry.
Outside of work, Mehdi enjoys reading, learning new languages, and catching up on the latest Netflix series.
Mehdi attended college at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay.
Wanda joined ATS in 2015 and serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development. With over 30 years of experience partnering with high-growth organizations behind her, Wanda is passionate about investing in people.
Since Wanda joined ATS, the organization has doubled in size, due in no small part to her work leading values-driven hiring, retention, and organizational development programs and practices across the company.
Wanda's strong belief in developing people is at the heart of her role at ATS. She enjoys the culture of continuous improvement and the opportunities to coach employees in preparation for future growth.
Wanda also serves on the Board of Directors for the Anderson Center, an organization that promotes individual, organizational, and economic growth through management and leadership forums and development opportunities.
Outside of work, Wanda enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her three sons and two daughters-in-law. You can find Wanda vacationing on the lake, traveling, trying new activities, and pursuing opportunities to learn.
Wanda holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Psychology from St. Cloud State University in addition to multiple Leadership Development and Change Management Certifications.
