Critical Illness Insurance & Accident Insurance
Life can be unpredictable and we want to ensure our employees are offered as many opportunities as possible to plan for the unexpected. Critical illness insurance, accident insurance and a hospital indemnity plan are offered as a voluntary benefit for self, spouse and/or child(ren).
Life insurance benefits provide financial support and stability to your family or listed beneficiaries should you pass away. Life insurance coverage is provided by ATS with the option to purchase additional coverage. Coverage for your spouse and children is also available.
Section 125/Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Available to pre-tax medical/dental/vision insurance premiums and to reimburse eligible health and/or daycare expenses on a pre-tax basis. (Medical Flexible Spending Account: Eligible the 1st of the plan year following benefit effective date.)

The ATS 401k plan allows employees to tax-defer up to 70 percent of their gross annual salary. Contributions to a Roth 401k are also available (IRS maximums apply). ATS match is discretionary year over year.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Spending time away from work is important to your overall health and well-being, which is why we're proud to offer competitive PTO options based on tenure with ATS. PTO benefits start at 15 days in your first year of employment and increase as your employment with ATS grows.

Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance
ATS offers financial protection through a voluntary short-term disability plan. As the name suggests, a short-term disability benefit compensates and assists employees temporarily in situations where — due to illness or disability — they’re unable to perform the functions of their job.
ATS provides automatic enrollment in a $500/mo. long-term disability benefit provided by ATS. You have the option to increase the long-term disability insurance if desired. Like short-term coverage, long-term disability insurance is a benefit to be utilized when injury, disability or illness prevents an employee from working.
