In 1999, Raul started his career with ATS as a sales representative in Monterrey, Mexico. Three years later, Raul moved to Laredo, Texas where he began working as Terminal Manager, overseeing all Laredo and Mexico operations. In this position, which he still holds today, Raul has enjoyed the relationships he's developed with ATS' Mexico-based customers and carrier partners as he works to ensure ATS' Laredo and Mexican operations hold to the highest possible standard.
