Greg has spent more than three decades in the industry — most of which were hands-on working as a technician himself. For the past few years, he’s been working as the technical and quality assurance trainer for ATS. In his role, he trains technicians and service leaders at every ATS shop throughout the country on proper practices. He also provides technical support when issues arise. Beyond hands-on training, Greg also creates standard operating procedures for new tasks that require clear instructions in order to ensure a consistent experience for drivers at any ATS facility.
